Every home put on the market for sale or rental, no matter what size, must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which which has been produced by an accredited domestic energy assessor and contains advice on how to cut CO2 emissions and fuel bills.

We are also able to assist developers and their solicitors with the production of Land Registry compliant lease plans that meet the requirements of the Land Registry Practice Guide 40, including a full colour site plan and location plan as well as an internal floor plan.

There was a time when searching for a new home could only be done by scanning estate agents windows and discussing your requirements in person with various property negotiators. With the rise of popular property search portals on the internet such as Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation and On the Market many people choose to start the search from the comfort of their own home.

However, as a consequence of this the vast majority of sale properties are now advertised online with the aid of a floor plan to help buyers to visualise the internal dimensions and floor layouts of the properties being sold before committing themselves to arranging viewings.

What We Offer
​
We have many years of experience drawing up accurate floor plans for local estate agents and these can be provided in black and white or in colour as well as in two or three dimensions. We can also add the room measurements at no extra cost.
​
If we are already visiting the property to carry out an energy assessment then our charge for preparing a floor plan is minimal.
​
We would very much recommend having a colour floor plan prepared if you are considering putting your property on the market as this is now the norm and buyers have an expectation that one will be available.
